what's in bloom here


These dwarf irises, originally from our GR garden,
have survived two moves and seem to be doing just fine.


The primroses have also survived and cheer me immensely.


Don't know what this is. It popped up last weekend. Any ideas?


Here's the dogwood in our backyard. At least I think it's a dogwood. Isn't it?

Gosh, I love the deep purple of those irises.

The white ones remind me of Agapanthus...but those would be an annual in your part of the country. The purple Iris are outstanding. I will have to post a picture of the ones that just popped up here...they are periwinkle blue and fragrant, and I've not been able to find them anywhere. Got them from a another gardener...the best kind of plants to receive.
